How do I change my username?
To change your username, you need to contact us through a support ticket. To create one, log in to your account and go to the "Support"-tab, then click "Create Ticket".
How do I activate Two-factor authentication?
In order to activate 2FA, log in to your account and click on your username in the top right corner. Then, select "User profile" and go to "Security". Lastly click on "Enable 2FA" and complete the setup process.
How do I change the password for my user?
To change the password log in to your account, then click on your username in the top right corner and select "User profile", go to the "Security"-tab. Enter the current password and then the new one. To complete the change of the password you click "Save".
How do I terminate my account?
An account can only be terminated if there are no active domains, orders, unpaid invoices or credits in the account. When it's completely empty, contact us through a support ticket and request termination of the account. To create a ticket, log in to the client area, click on "Support", and then "Create ticket".
I've forgotten my account password, how can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password go to the login page and select "Forgot your password?". Enter your username or a domain name that you have in the account and click on "Send". Once that is done you will receive an email containing a link through which you can select a new password. Make sure to doublecheck the spam folder if you are unable to find this email in your inbox.
How do I know what my username is?
If you are not sure what your username is, please contact our support department via email.
How do I transfer ownership of my account?
If you wish to transfer the ownership of your account you will need to contact us through a support ticket. To create a ticket, log in to the client area, click on "Support", and then "Create ticket". Please note that there is a fee associated with the ownership transfer.
Alternatively, you can instead create a new account and transfer all of your domains manually. Whether you choose to transfer the ownership of the account or create a new one, the registrant of the domains in said account will not change.
I do not want the newsletter, how do I turn it off?
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, log in to your account, go to "Account" and then "Settings". In there you can toggle "Subscribe to the newsletter" on or off.
